House "Nr.16" OG - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Receiving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting from today's perspective, that was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We look forward to hosting our vacation rentals in the 2019 architecture tours. The space Each apartment is individually tailored and lovingly furnished with a mix of modern and old. The bathrooms and cooking lines have been completely new. This apartment is located on the first floor of the house. It is made up of a dining room with kitchenette, a living room with sofa bed and a double bedroom. The small south-facing balcony offers a particularly imposing view to the Main River and the Medieval Ochsenfurt due to its preferred location. In the cozy bedroom with double bed, each guest has their own entrance door. Another sleeping accommodation can be found in the spacious living room on the pull-out sofa. Separate television preferences have a tv in both rooms. In addition to the diverse gastronomy, which can be reached on foot or by bike, the kitchen with dining area offers the possibility to prepare smaller meals yourself. Of course, in addition to satellite TV, free Wi-Fi is available in both apartments. You are also welcome to use our wine fridge in the entrance area. Wines are our passion and we have made a small regional selection, which we will provide to them comfortably at a winegrowing price.
