Located on the ground level, with a private entrance in a small resort community. Enjoy the gulf from the private pier, views of Henry's Key, or take a dip in the pool/hot tub. Start your day bright with your morning coffee on the cozy lanai and end the day with a sundowner on the gorgeous sunset community dock. Treat yourself and remember 2021-Blue Skies Ahead! The space The 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is on the first floor, so it feels like a house or bungalow, no elevators here! Recently redone with a Seadrift look creating a light refreshing feel -to boot, both the floors and furnishings have been updated. A true sanctuary with all you need for beach living, the lanai is supurb, the best place for coffee, reading the Sunday paper or the 5:00 Margarita! Enjoy! Guest access The Surfside community is fantastic, full of folks that been heading south for years and new adventurers from abroad, very diverse and incredibly welcoming! Our unit has easy access to the pool in the green courtyard and the hot tub. We are a beachfront community with access to the water from our fishing dock, also there are BBQ areas and plenty of public places to relax and finally read that book! The parking and access are restricted, this a gated community with mostly owners occupying and you must know the gate code to park. Very safe, quiet and note there are guest rules that guarantee a chill vacation. Other things to note We typically like long term rentals, also note this has NEVER been available for the winter months in over twelve years, don't miss it! Full disclosure, this is a respectful, quiet community, Covid cleaning is being implemented and followed. We require all guests to adhere to strict Covid rules, absolutely no gatherings or guests outside your own pod/family for this stay-no exceptions. We must all do our part.
