My apartment is located in a quiet area with excellent access to public transport and family-friendly activities nearby. Audi is about 5 km away and Lidl approximately 7 km – ideal for project-based stays or business trips. The spacious balcony invites you to relax and extends the compact, well-designed living space. The apartment offers a pleasant atmosphere for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers looking for a comfortable retreat in a convenient location. The space The apartment covers approximately 27 m² and consists of a spacious living area, a bathroom with toilet, and a large balcony. It is fully furnished and offers a cozy living room during the day with a sofa, coffee table, and TV. In the evening, the 140 × 200 cm wall bed can be unfolded to ensure a restful and comfortable sleep. The kitchenette is practically equipped with two cooking plates, a built-in fridge, sink, kettle, and microwave. Clean cutlery, dishes, pots, and pans are provided so you can easily prepare your own meals. For coffee lovers, a Tassimo coffee machine is also available. Guest access During your stay, you have access to all areas of the one‑room apartment. The large balcony is also available for your use – perfect for enjoying some fresh air, or for smokers to take a break outside, as smoking inside the apartment is not allowed. You also have your own mailbox, which you can use to temporarily forward your mail during your stay. Other things to note For longer stays, a weekly cleaning service is provided at extra charge. This includes fresh towels, clean bed linen, room cleaning, and refills of shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap.
