Guest access The guests have unconstrained access to the whole property. The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost. There is also free parking for all of our guests. The pool can be heated at an extra of 40€ per day. Other things to note We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
