The Cove Cabin - a coveside retreat

Welcome to my modern small cabin established in 2019 on a private 4 acre homestead with chickens, gardens, woodland and pastures. Whether you come for the sunsets, the rugged coastline, the beaches, the local cuisine, or simply to relax, there's always something new to experience here on the South Shore. Perfectly situated overlooking Martins Cove, located between the historic Unesco town of Lunenburg and Mahone Bay and only one hour both from Halifax and the Annapolis valley. The space The cabin ( approx 400 sqft) like the main home has been "passive house" designed, custom built for energy efficiency with modern simplicity. It is open concept with beautiful finishes, oak floors, European cotton/linen bedding on a Casper bed, eco-friendly toiletries and modern lighting. Curl up on the window bench, play crib or just relax on the deck with a glass of wine and take in nature - such as the ospreys, fox or deer. Eat fresh eggs for breakfast ( oils, condiments, ground coffee/tea provided), barbecue, hike, swim, bike, beachcomb or just chill with a book. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners home and is located approximately 50 ft feet away from the main house. The cabin has been designed in a way to offer guests privacy but please note the owners live next door to the cabin. There is a designated parking and a private path to the cabin.
