Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat. Enjoy the amenities including large kitchen and living area, partially finished basement, exercise equipment, and outdoor living (pool, patio, fire pit, kids play areas). The home is secluded, but close to town and other attractions. The home is 7.2 miles to Black Moshannon State Park and 19 miles to Beaver Stadium. Newly added Hot Tub! Guest will have full private access to the house and outdoor spaces Guests have full access to the outside space including the pool, fire pit, kids play set, and hot tub. The pool and play set may be shared with the host occasionally. Host may stay on property in separate RV. This is isolated from the house and gives the guests privacy. If on property, the host is always willing to help out or answer any questions. The property is secluded but close to town. Our town includes multiple restaurants, a grocery store, hardware stores, gas stations, a movie theater, state park and ATV trail (Snow Shoe Rails to Trails). We are also about 25 minutes from State College and Penn State University. Car or ATV We do have three dogs that love this home. We will have it properly cleaned before and after each guest, but would not recommend those with allergies stay. Host may access the pool and outdoor amenities during your stay.
