Apartment in the countryside with a great roof terrace

The 105 sqm large Apartment is located on the second floor of a quiet ZFH. It consists of a large bedroom with double bed and a single bed, a small bedroom with 2 single beds, a living/sleeping room with 2 single beds, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom and a approx. 20 sqm gr. Rooftop terrace. For only 2 nights there is a laundry surcharge of 5 EUR/person. Ki. under 2 yrs also pay!! The space In the kitchen you will find a kettle, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, dishes, cutlery and glasses as well as tea towels. You will also find numerous small things that you are allowed to use. You should feel like "at home" with me. If something is missing, just reach out to me. After the stay, please put the dishes rinsed back in the cabinets. If something breaks, please let us know. Guest access I can do your laundry for you for a fee. There is space for bicycles in the garage. In the garden there is a large stone grill, which - like the garden - can be used by the guests. Please coordinate the use of the barbecue. Other things to note My house is a non-smoking house. Smoking is of course allowed on the roof terrace. Parties or family celebrations are not allowed in the apartment. The night times must be strictly observed. 11pm until 6am. For the final cleaning of the apartment, I charge 80 EUR once
