Holiday in the artist house

Lovingly designed apartment in the approximately 300 years old artist house. Stay in an original and cozy atmosphere. Relax in a wonderfully quiet landscape while hiking, jogging, cycling or relaxing in the cozy garden or in the winter in front of a warm log fire by candlelight in a romantic "huts" atmosphere. The space Staying in the artist house: The approximately 60 sqm large apartment located on the ground floor of my studio building and has a separate entrance. Parking is possible on the property and bicycles can be parked under the canopy or in the fenced garden. The living room is separated by a door and wooden shelves from the bedroom with a queen bed (1.40m). The living / dining room has a sofa bed, Smart TV and a dining table with wicker chairs. In winter and on cool days, a wood-burning stove provides warmth and a cozy atmosphere. Due to the historic room height of about 1.80 m in the main part (living and dining area, bedroom) it is best suited for persons up to 178cm height. The crossbeam between living-dining area and hall is a little lower, but nice padded. Charm sometimes has its price. Hall, kitchen and bathroom have a ceiling height of just over 1,89m. For small children, a protective grid for the stove and the stairs is available. The bathroom has sink, shower vanity mirror and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, a combination oven with microwave / hot air and a dishwasher. The garden is child- and dog-safe fully fenced and has a small, cozy terrace with lounge furniture. WLAN, Smart TV, bed linen, tea towels, towels, iron, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel are of course available. Washer and dryer are available in the private house next door. If necessary we wash your laundry for you. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has a separate entrance with a key safe for flexible check-in. A canopy with a table and chairs and an enclosed garden from the outside in the bicycles can be safely parked. Parking is possible on the property in front of the apartment. Other things to note The night rest from 22:00 clock is taken very seriously by our neighbors. We therefore ask you to behave accordingly quietly. You are welcome to smoke on the terrace and under the canopy. On request, we can provide you the desired breakfast ingredients in the fridge, as well as rolls or toast. In the "Food and Stuff" cabinet you will find jam, honey, drinking chocolate, spices, vinegar, oil, flour, salt and sugar. Coffee, tea and milk is also available. They can take the food for your needs and put the money into the checkout box. You can find the prices on the food.
