Single room in Tilehurst Reading

Apologies, currently not available due to long term tenants. Single furnished room in family home. Shared facilities include bathroom, large kitchen and separate utility room and downstairs WC, large well kept garden with patio. Amenities near by within 10 minutes is M4 J12, 3 supermarkets, main bus line into town centre, leisure centre nearby. Parking on street in quiet residential area. I am happy to consider long term lodger so if you are interested please get in touch. The space Room contains single bed, desk and double wardrobe. Guest access Kitchen and bathroom are shared. During your stay You will access to shared facilities such as bathroom and kitchen. Other things to note I will be very helpful, as much as I can, the only limit is that I work 8am to 6pm, so the checking in and out to the house is restricted to outside of those times.
