We are perfectly located; about 350 metres from the beach, local shops and buses while the English Riviera Leisure and Conference Centre, Torquay Harbour and Cockington Village are just a short stroll away. Anne's parents were born in the area and she has fond memories of coming down by train when she was young to stay with Aunts and Uncles during the School Summer holidays. We always spent our holidays in Devon and the surrounding area and loved it so much, decided to stay. We have three children.
