2 Bedrooms, 1 Queen, 2 single beds, 1 bath, a Den, 2TVs, 1 with Netflix, WiFi, Keurig, fridge, microwave, coffee, tea, snacks & H2O. Great stop for road trips, airport runs, business trips or little get aways. 3 min. to interstate/airport & downtowns great food, night life, shopping, parks, BSU & city events. “Must” love Dogs, cats & airplanes; they rule the property & sky’s. To ensure every guest feels safe & has peace of mind, during this very uncertain time. She has now added triple disinfecting steps & rotates all pillows and blankets, after each checkout. Your Space is exclusivly Private. You do not share with any other guests. There are however, 2 more, private entrance, airbnb Suites located in this home. FYI All areas are securely locked, with their own private entrances. You will be completely seperated from other guests. All doors leading to other suites, have key entry locks on (both) sides. Only the host can open these doors. There is a frontside shared grilling area with outdoor seating for cooking out & hanging out. Other things to note HOST POLICIES NO GROUCHES ALLOWED LATE CHECKOUT POLICY NO PETS ALLOWED *****IF you dont agree with the following policies**** DO NOT BOOK! IF ROOM IS LEFT IN BAD CONDITION an additional $25 per hour cleaning & restoration fee, PLUS DAMAGES & replacement costs for damaged, soiled, destroyed or stolen items.
