Welcome to our urban oasis! This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom top-floor apartment, just a block from Grandview Avenue, is a green haven with dozens of plants creating a serenity. Ideal for 4 guests, the space features 2 queen beds. ACCESS REQUIRES STAIRS. This is a duplex’s upper level. Quiet hours are enforced. Excessive noise can be heard by your below neighbors. Minutes from Downtown, COSI, Nationwide, The Schottenstein Center, Convention Center, Short North & the 'Shoe. NO YOUNG KIDS ALLOWED! The space The Grandview Plant Loft is bright and homey loft filled with plants, light, and charm. It is conveniently located in the heart of Grandview. It is the perfect place for people looking for an inviting and centrally located stay. The main bedroom has a comfortable Queen Sleep Number Bed! Trust me, once you find your number it will be the best sleep of your life. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and utensils. The kitchen also includes a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and oven. Free street parking is available. NO YOUNG KIDS ALLOWED Guest access This apartment is on the second floor and has steep stairs. This place is not recommended for any individuals who may struggle with stairs. Parking is free and on street. In the 3 years I have owned the home parking has not been a problem. Other things to note This is the upstairs part of an up/ down duplex. Long term tenants live on the first floor. These long term tenants work from home. NO YOUNG CHILDREN ALLOWED! We do not profit from our cleaning fee it goes directly to our cleaner who spends on average 2 hours to clean the home top to bottom. This apartment does not have Cable but does have an antenna that provides basic local channels. There is also an fireTV, but you must have your own log in information for streaming services. There is no dishwasher and no washer / dryer. Dogs live on the property next door. They may bark. Some of the plants in this home are toxic to animals and humans when ingested, therefore animals are not allowed in this apartment. Adult supervision at all times is vital to ensure children safety.
