Ideally located, our accommodation is just 15 meters from the fine sandy beach and shops of Collioure, with a breathtaking view of the royal castle. Returning from the beach or a stroll, after a short climb up the traditional three-story staircase (not suitable for people with reduced mobility), you'll reach the duplex apartment with two separate bedrooms upstairs. This allows one part of the family to relax while the others enjoy the living room with its view. The space Air-conditioned 56 m² duplex apartment, ideally designed to accommodate up to 4 guests (+ possibly 1 baby or a child on an extra bed). Spread over two levels, it features two separate bedrooms upstairs, offering everyone their own space and privacy. The bright living room opens onto a small balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a coffee or soaking up the atmosphere of Collioure. The kitchen is fully equipped to make meal preparation easy: oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave oven, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, etc. Sleeping arrangements: • Bedroom 1: two 80 x 190 cm beds • Bedroom 2: one 140 x 190 cm double bed Duvets and pillows are provided. A baby cot and an extra bed for a child can also be made available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and the toilet is separate. We offer a furnished rental and not a hotel service. Upon arrival, you will find essential items to help you start your stay comfortably: dishwashing liquid, cleaning products, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt, etc. These items are provided as a welcome courtesy and are not intended to cover the entire duration of your stay. Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price. You may bring your own household linen or choose our rental service, provided by the concierge. Requests must be made before your arrival, specifying the number of beds required. Price for the bed linen and towel kit: €20 per person per week. We remain at your disposal for any questions and will be delighted to welcome you to Collioure for a pleasant stay between the sea, beaches, and local heritage. Other things to note During the months of July and August, reservations can only be made from Saturday to Saturday, for a full week. Animals are fully accepted in our accommodation, BUT with prior agreement. Indeed, we must be notified in advance so that we can organize a cleaning service, reinforced upon your departure, charged €45 in addition, and so that you can provide us with your certificate of civil liability in the event of damage caused by your little companion. In the event of arrival with an animal without prior agreement, we reserve the right to refuse access to the accommodation. Arrivals can be between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., and departures no later than 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. We use a concierge service for cleaning, handing over keys and inventory. We ask our guests to respect these times so that we can prepare the accommodation for the next travelers. In the event of abuse, we will be obliged to charge a penalty equal to the damage caused, which will be deducted from the deposit.
