Our spacious vacation home "Schulgartenhaus" in Welzin offers plenty of space for large groups or the entire extended family on 400 m², close to the Baltic Sea and not far from Boltenhagen. The spacious seminar room, as well as the fully equipped cooking and dining area, offer everything you need for a pleasant stay according to your needs. Sleeping: A total of 12 people can sleep wonderfully in 7 cozy single, double and multi-bed rooms (1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bed rooms). You will also find ample storage space for luggage and a retreat. Each room has its own shower room. For up to 7 more people, we will be happy to provide you with comfortable extra beds, which you can place in the vacation home of your choice. Living/dining area: In the large living and media area of the holiday home, you can spend time together not only in bad weather. All people will find plenty of space here on one of our cozy couch sets or can enjoy meals together in the large dining area. The large panoramic window gives you a beautiful view of nature. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the cottage. Kitchen: Directly next to the dining area you will find a modern and fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can spend time together and, thanks to the open design, always be there when cooking. 2 dishwashers help you with the big wash.
