The space Your private room has its' own private bathroom with a toilet, bathtub. shower, and storage area. There is plenty of storage area for your clothes and belongings. This bedroom has a luxuriously comfortable queen size canopy bed, a closet, with a computer desk and a ROKU TV with NetFlix, Youtube, etc. Lots of natural lights come through the window. For Airbnb guests, there is no cooking The bathroom is JUST for YOU and your Guest with toilet tissue, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, body wash and simple cleaning supplies. You can also find a hair dryer and flat iron in the bathroom cabinet. The room is on the 3rd floor with private access from the front door to the staircase and is separate and locked from the rest of the apartment in a four story home. There is one long term tenant in the 2nd rental unit that occupies the 4th floor. Guest access Two guests are invited to enjoy this space. We do not host more than 2 guests. Please do not allow additional/other guests to visit during your stay. OR you will be charged $100 for each visitor. There are NO exceptions.
