1 bedroom & ensuite near town with a warm welcome

Light, airy newly decorated bedroom suitable for 1 guest comfortably with en-suite. There is an additional guest bed for a second guest. Bus stop right outside the house for a regular bus route into town. Local Co-Op 2 minutes walk away and 20 minutes walk to the train station, Stonehenge bus tour and into town. There's also riverside walks close by. We can recommend places to eat and interesting places to visit, having lived in the area for 14 The space You are very welcome to our 4 bedroom semi-detached house, with free parking, in a residential area only 30 minutes walk from the town centre. This is an excellent base to explore Salisbury and the South West from on holiday or to have a restful haven during a business trip. The bedroom is located in a newly refurbished downstairs with its own bathroom (with shower); separate from the other bedrooms. The TV has Virgin Media channels and you are welcome to use Netflix. Guest access You are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, washing machine and garden. You can have a shelf in the fridge to keep food fresh. There are tea and coffee facilities in your room and in the kitchen - you are welcome to use either. If you enjoy your coffee please feel free to use the coffee machine in the kitchen. During your stay We are out at work from 8:30 to 5 but will be around in the evenings to greet you and be around if you need anything. Other things to note We have 2 cats - 'Bonnie and Clyde' who are very unobtrusive and well natured.
