Le Cerisier, Holiday Cottage

The cottage dates from the 1600's and has been recently superbly renovated. This delightful cottage oozes with charm and comfort. The cottage consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with woodburner. Full kitchen facilities. French and English TV Channels. The space Very stylish and comfortable the cottage is 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with extra sleeping with a sofa bed available for an additional 2 people in the lounge area. We have a cot available if required. PLEASE NOTE: Children under 2 years old are free of charge. All children over 2 years old are at a chargeable rate. It has a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, under bench oven, microwave and free standing under bench fridge, also a Washing machine. The lounge area has fireplace with Woodburner for those cold days and nights ( Please note we supply wood for one night only, if you wish we can supply extra firewood at an extra charge) and ample seating. It has Free Sate TV with French and English Channels. There is both DVD and CD player, internet and WIFI available. Listed on (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) as - Le Cerisier, Holiday Cottages for Rent. The land across the road is free to access if you wish for recreational activities as this belongs to "Le Cerisier" We also have an outdoor area at the back of the cottages for guests to use for those who wish to have lazy days relaxing in the sun or for outdoor BBQ dining. their is ample outdoor furniture and we provide a Weber Charcoal BBQ for guests use. ( PLEASE NOTE: BBQ will not be available during extremely hot and dry weather conditions due to Health and Safely and Insurance purposes. ) For added charm and decor we have potted plants with more decorative ideas to add to this in future. Access will be at the present time via the top side of cottages. The front gardens and paths are yet to be constructed. Guest access Access is via a Key Safe near the front door, we ask you to place the key back in this each time you leave the property so there is no problem with loss of keys. (This could cause a problem for next guest if lost) Other things to note Please be aware that we are on Fosse Septic so do not flush any sanitary products etc or chemicals down the toilet or sink. We ask that you use what has been supplied in cupboards for any cleaning. Please note there is a minimal fee charged for Cleaning and Laundry Service. Please note: If only 2 Guests are staying and require more Linen for bedding & Towels there will be an extra charge/fee due to laundering and Ironing charges.
