This area features a crystal dining table and an additional, conveniently equipped kitchenette housing the oven and dishwasher. This floor is completed by a beautiful terrace, furnished with comfortable lounge furniture in natural wicker – the perfect spot to enjoy one of the most beautiful views in the world. LOWER FLOOR / REST AND PRIVACY An internal staircase leads down to the sleeping area, which opens directly onto the garden. The master bedroom (suite): Equipped with air conditioning and a king-size bed. This room is exquisitely decorated with highly refined details and features its own walk-in wardrobe and a luxury bathroom with premium artistic ceramics (Cerasarda). The room offers direct access to the garden and the manicured lawn, boasting a picturesque view of the pool and the bay. Two additional bedrooms: Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning and two single beds, elegantly styled in the signature ethno-chic atmosphere that defines the entire villa. Bathroom: A shared bathroom for the two bedrooms, finished with high-end luxury fittings and premium sanitary ware. The dependance: This self-contained unit (equipped with air conditioning) has its own independent entrance from the garden. It features a spacious double bedroom, built-in wardrobes, and a comfortable armchair. The en-suite bathroom is a masterpiece in itself, finished in the famous turquoise Cerasarda ceramics that mirror the colors of the Sardinian sea.
