Sleeping 22 guests across four houses, with a two night minimum stays, excluding Peak Seasons (when were a minimum 5 night stay). The DairyHall comes with its unique entertaining space with table and seating for currently up to 22 guests in its Vaulted Hall or our beautiful grounds area's. We are in a stunnning rural location uniquely situated for special occasions running up to 12:30pm. Close by to the wonderful town of Woodbridge. The DairyHall sleeps 9, with its unique entertaining space, comes with table and seating . The FarmHouse sleeps 9 at Partridge Lodge is a beautiful traditiional brick house with conservatory for taking in the beautiful sunset's and optional AGA for sumptuos roasts. You also have the Granary and Stables cosy sleeps 4 and sleeps 2 boltholes overlooking the ponds. There is a optional 'Hot Tub' available in the FarmHouse's private garden, an optional sauna and dog stay that can be booked. Plus the Tennis court and Firepit in our grounds with exclusive use. Theres always lots going on locally feel free to give us get in touch if you need bespoke organising. The FarmHouse - Sleeps 9+ infants It comes with an optional AGA for sumptuous roast, a wood burner and open fire in its two sitting rooms with french doors onto a private garden with swings and toys. There is a utility room with all mod cons as well as an open plan dinning room off the kitchen. While upstairs you have 4 bedrooms (one is en-suite including a shower) and there is also a family bathroom including bath shower. Two of the bedrooms have 2 singles in each and two bedrooms have doubles (one is kingsize). There is also an optional single bedroom downstairs near the kitchen which works well for elderly relatives or a teenager wanting some space. The DairyHall - Sleeps 9+ infants, and comes with a stunning Vaulted barn space with wood burner and table seating across oak tables, fantastic for entertaining where some families get together and book all our houses to entertain in. Or some friends and families just like the space this provides. There a private garden with swings and toys. While upstairs three bedrooms accessed via two stair cases. 2 bedrooms have 2 singles and the other a kingsize. Lastly a further king size bedroom ensuite overlooking the garden with decking sits at the back of the house. There is also a separate toilet, separate shower room and a separate family bathroom. The Granary - Sleeps 4+ infants Comes as open living space with separate downstairs WC and dining table. While upstairs there are 2 beautiful bedrooms overlooking our pond with its wildlife. One bedroom has two singles the other has a kingsize with balcony. In-between these rooms is a family bathroom with shower bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also an enclosed decking area to the front with outside dinning including BBQ. You also have the Stables a cosy sleeps 2. On arrival there is a welcome book with notes and advice with plenty of history and suggestions for the local area. Our self catering houses come with all mod cons, bedding, linen, towels, welcome cake, tea, coffee, cafetiere, salt, pepper, oil, wifi, digital tv, usb chargers, clocks and radio's. Guest access Guest renting our lets have use of our grounds including tennis court and sauna, play fort and beautiful walks off of our land towards Boulge with its parkland footpaths and ancient churches toward Hasketon Village and the renowned gastro pub Turks Head or over the fields to Bredfield and on through woods to Ufford where there the Crown gastro pub offers great Sunday lunch's. Other things to note If you'r interested in arrival meals or catering we have two local options please ask. We have lovely long walks to local gastro pubs across foot paths, the crown in Ufford or the Turks Head I. Hasketon, we are set in a rural area within a 5 minute drive of the picturesque town of Woodbridge, with all its amenities on visit-woodbridge. We have extra parking facilities if your expecting any extra guests attending there are fee's and plan views with an itinerary and local information.
