Gather for the holidays. Our house is a 5500 square foot home with a large hot tub and pool and large level lawn. Just a few miles in either direction is San Francisco, Napa Valley, beaches, and Six Flags Vallejo as well as charming downtowns of Mill Valley, Sausalito, Larkspur, and Fairfax all filled with great restaurants and boutiques. We live in the exclusive Sleepy Hollow neighborhood of San Anselmo. The space Our home is a great space for a large family. Watch a big game by the fire on the 80" flat screen, or any of the other 3 big flat screens. Jump on the trampoline, play some basketball on our outdoor hoop or inside on our arcade-style double basketball hoop. You can even have a ping pong tournament. Holiday dinners would be a breeze with plenty of seating. Enjoy great hiking trails right off our street. Take the ferry into San Francisco or enjoy the local music scene here. There's also a great little movie theater about a mile away. Guest access You will have access to the entire home and grounds with the exception of the garage, the master bedroom closet and the office. Other things to note We do have 2 friendly cats. They need food and water once daily
