The property is located 5 km from Granada, in a very quiet and beautiful residential development, right on the edge of the Sierra Nevada National Park. Monachil is a very pretty town, which offers many possibilities for leisure, hiking, skiing, and much more. If travelers wish to go to the beach in about 40 minutes, they will arrive in Salobreña. The ski slopes are half an hour away by car. Our house has a large living room with fireplace, another living room with pool table, kitchen-dining room with views of the garden, two bathrooms, a double bedroom and two bedrooms with two single beds each, we also have a sofa bed of two seats.
