Description
A stilted chalet nestled within a sequestered indigenous forest & perched on a hilltop. Over 110 plant have been identified on the sprawling property. Endemic butterflies & birds with colorful beaks flutter wings throughout the sanctuary. Vervet monkeys also “monkey around” the premises. The cottage is designed as a small studio that faces south with glass sliding doors & plenty of natural light. There’s also a terrace furnished with outdoor furniture The beach is just down the street. The space The space Although close to all amenities, our 30sqm studio apartment is secluded,safe, peaceful and definitely not suburbia. You will hear no sounds at night except the sound of the sea! We offer limited self-catering facilities in the form of a fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, barbecue and induction hob as well as an outside washing-up basin. Crockery and cutlery provided. Should you require more accommodation, we have another apartment which sleeps 4. Guest access Weaver Cottage has independent access. We offer safe off-street parking. Other things to note Nearest large supermarket (Spar) is about 20kms from Chintsa so preferably buy supplies for a day or two before arrival. There is a convenience store in the village which stocks the basics only and a liquor outlet . There is an ATM at the local shopping centre. Because Chintsa is in a summer rainfall area, bring a rain jacket or umbrella. Guest access Aloe apartment guests have access to a beautiful backyard with indigenous plants where they can relax or braai. Weaver cottage guests have access to a porch with amazing views and small braai area with an outside fireplace
