Lovely village farmhouse bay of Mont St Michel

Welcome to La Petite Chouette and Saint Léonard, a heritage village in the heart of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel. Relax in the comfort of this old farmhouse, converted into a cozy house. Ideally located, you can visit Mont Saint Michel, Granville, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Rennes, Fougères and the D-Day beaches. From the house you can access the GR hiking trail for beautiful walks. Departure for the bay crossings are in the village. The space • Middle floor The main floor is an open space living and dining room with a sofa, two armchairs, table and chairs, tv, bookshelves and a fully equipped modern kitchen with oven, induction stovetop, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and everything you need to cook. • Top floor The top floor is a charming attic mezzanine space comprised of a bedroom with double bed and bedside tables and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. From the bedroom dormer window you will have a unique perspective on the Mont Saint Michel from a little window in its side and a great view onto the priory. • Ground floor The lower floor has a cosy bedroom that can be set up with either a double bed or two single beds with a chest of drawers. It has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. It has it's own private entrance and you can park in front on the street. Other things to note • The cleaning service is not included in the price. You can choose to leave the house clean or pay €45 in cash. • Free street parking right in front of the house • There are no safety barriers at the stairs • The house does not have a garden or outdoor space
