Two large multifunctional rooms, equipped kitchen, separate bathroom and water closet. Animal ok after agreement. Notice, place is not adapted for children. Owner lives upstairs. The space Accomodations are simple and rustic, but complete and comfortable. Large windows on the west side giving plenty of light, accomodation remains cool in the summer. You can open the windows and have quiet and comfortable nights sleep ! You can arrange tables and beds in a variety of ways to suit your needs. New health conscious furniture and bedding : slatted bed bases, foam mattresses, mattress pads, anatomical pillows, ... Seating for 8, appliances include dishwasher, fridge & freezer, microwave-grill (but no traditional oven), and multiple additional cooking devices available (raclette, fondue, griddle, hot-stone, rotissary, barbecue ... ). There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. Guest access Garden and nature all around ! Other things to note ANIMAL (after agreement): As a precaution, I accept only one dog, well educated, clean, calm and kind. Must be tied until we are sure on his behavior (mainly with my dog, very kind). During your absences, must not to be left alone in the house, but you can tie him in the garden. Must sleep in the garage if risk of damage inside the house - but this is rare with dogs that do not climb on the beds, are brush and dry when wet, so that they do not shake and snort in the house… In any case, thank you for cleaning after them.
