The space The apartment is on the ground floor of our house, has two independent entrances, one near the parking lot and the other near the pedestrian gate. Parking is internal and accessible via an automatic gate with remote control. The space consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one serving the sleeping area and one the living area), a fully functional kitchen equipped with all the comforts and the beautiful rustic, pink color that enhances the white stones of Scoppito. A fireplace that warms us on cold winter days, a projector with a large screen that makes us experience a cinematic emotion and the beautiful barbecue area immediately outside.
