We offer you our 80 sqm apartment on the ground floor, where you will feel right at home. You can get to Nuremberg (25 min), Fürth (15 min) and Erlangen (10 min) in no time and there are great Christmas markets in all three cities. In this 80 sqm flat with huge balcony you will find all you need for a pleasant stay. Close to Nuremberg (20 min), Fürth (15 min) and Erlangen (10 min). Bus departs in front of the house. In the middle of an agricultural adventure world close to fields and greens. The space In addition to the living room and two other bedrooms, there is a large kitchen & a large bathroom (with tub and shower) and you can also use a large terrace. There is enough space in each room for an extra crib. Our spacious kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, stove and oven as well as dishwasher and microwave. You will also find toasters, water and tea makers as well as coffee machines and everything you need in the cabinets. Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible by bike, just contact us. Norma 500 m west, Edeka and Aldi 1 km west, Lidl 800 m north, Rewe 1 km east of the apartment. It is also possible to shop directly from the farmer around the corner. Within a 2-minute walk there is a bakery in the center of Boxdorf (Der Beck). In addition to Norma and Rewe, there are also bakeries. On Sundays, the baker is open between Edeka and Aldi. With very spacious rooms you can stay as a family or business partners and have your separate rooms. Each is equipped with space for your clothes. One room is equipped with couches so you can gather together and chat or watch TV. All rooms have shutters, so you can choose to sleep in. The kitchen is separate at the end of the hall. It has everything you need during your visit. Dishwasher, microwave and all conventional supplies. Next to it you will find a daylight bathroom. The spacious balcony can be used for relaxing in the sun or breathing fresh air or for smoking. You will just feel like you are at home. Guest access You can park behind the house under the linden tree. There are two spaces here, so please park in a space-saving manner. The Wi-Fi can be used free of charge for everyday things (research & friends). Downloading and watching movies is not allowed and limited. Free parking spots are available on the ground floor and access is limited to you and the familiar neighborhood. The WiFi could be used free of charge for usual things like staying in contact with others or surfing. Streaming will not be possible, as it is limited per stay. Other things to note In the middle of the garlic country you will find new vegetables and fruits or plants that are grown every month. Sometimes you can see hares or watch the farmers harvest. Every month you can watch different things being harvested. The area is surrounded by many fields and lots of farmland. You can test your agricultural knowledge.
