You are only coming to Nuremberg (25 min), Fürth (15 min) of the Erlangen (10 min) and in all three cities there are great Christmas markets. In the middle of agricultural adventure world close to fields and greens. The space In addition to the living-bedroom and two more bedrooms, there is a large kitchen & a large bathroom (with tub and shower) and you can also use a large terrace. There is enough space in each room for an additional cot. Our spacious kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, stove and oven, as well as dishwasher and microwave. You will also find toaster, water and tea maker as well as coffee machine and everything you need in the cupboards. Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible by bike, just contact us. Norma 500m west, Edeka and Aldi 1km west, Lidl 800m north, REWE 1km east of the apartment. It is also possible to shop directly from the farmer around the corner. Within 2m walking distance is a bakery in the center of Boxdorf (Der Beck). In addition to Norma and Rewe, there are also bakeries. On Sundays, the bakery between Edeka and Aldi is open. With very spacious rooms you can stay as a family or business partners and have your seperate rooms. Each equipped with space for your clothes. One room is equipped with couches so you can gather together and chat or watch TV. All rooms have shutters, so you can choose to sleep longer. The kitchen is separate at the end of the hallway. It has all you need during your visit. Dishwasher, Microwave and all conventional supplies. Next to it you will find a day light bathroom. The spacious balcony can be used for relaxing in the sun or breathing fresh air or smoking. You will just feel as you are at home. Guest access You can park behind the house under the lime tree. There are two spots here, so please park in a space-saving way. The wifi is free to be used for everyday things (research & friends). Loading and watching movies is not allowed and limited. Free parking spots are available at the ground and access is limited to you and the familary neighbourhood. The WIFI could be used free of charge for usual things like staying in contact with others or surfing. Streaming will not be possible, as it is limited per stay. Other things to note In the middle of the garlic land, you will find new vegetables and fruits or even plants that are grown every month. Sometimes you see field bunnies or you can watch the farmer harvesting. Every month you can watch harvesting different things. The area is surrounded by many fields and heaps of farmland. You can test your agricultural knowledge.
