Villa Hufeland is centrally located in Berlin-Buch yet very tranquil. Our house is located in a dead end street. That's why there's no through traffic. Secure parking is available right by the house. With us, you will not be disturbed by aircraft noise. Walk comfortably from us in 8 minutes through the beautiful Hufeland Area, the Helios Clinic or the Bucher Science Campus. In 3 minutes you are in the shopping arcade with a large supermarket. If you prefer organic goods, we have an attractive organic shop right next door, where you can also have a hot meal at noon. On the former Künstlerhof, now Bucher Stadtgut, 3 minutes away from us, you will find the oldest house in Berlin-Buch, the house of the old landlord. You have an attractive cafe and regular cultural events. 200m from our house begins the Bucher castle park and immediately afterwards you will come across the Bucher S-Bahn station.
