Thatched House Mühlenfeld at the Baltic Sea

This charming and nicely renovated thatched house, built around 1860, is located in a nature reserve. The Baltic Sea and a natural beach are only 1 km away. The house has about 200 sqm with 2 apartments that are connected by a door, and can accommodate up to 11 people. The 1.000 sqm garden with fruit trees, roses and many other flowers invites you to relax and play. The house is supplied with biogas & Greenpeace electricity, and connected to a fiber optic network. The space This historic thatched house with its unique charm and atmosphere is located at the edge of the well-known nature reserve area "Geltinger Birk", within walking distance to the Baltic Sea and close to many interesting places and cultural sites in northern Germany. The 200 sqm house has two apartments that have been nicely renovated and furnished in a stylish way. Thanks to a conecting door, both apartments can easily be connected if you wish, and the house can accomodate up to 11 persons. The apartment "Tenne" has a spacious 135 sqm and 4 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 7 people. The heart of the apartment is the cozy dining hall with a large oak table and a fireplace - firewood is provided for you free of charge. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms (the "yellow bedroom" with a double bed (160 x 200) and the "blue bedroom" with a single bed (120 x 200)), the kitchen, a shower room and a separate toilet. The upper floor impresses with its all-round wooden gallery with a cozy sofa corner, bean bags, a TV area (flat screen incl. DVD / blu-ray) and a reading corner. From the windows of the gallery you can see fields, grasslands, the Falshöft lighthouse and the Baltic Sea. From the gallery, you can reach two additional bedrooms which are connected. The house is furnished in a typical Northern German country house style with high quality furniture. The apartment "Thatched Cottage“ has 65 sqm. There is a large double bed in the bedroom (180 x 200), and we can also provide an extra baby bed if you wish. The dining room offers space for up to 6 persons and direct access to the garden. The couch in the living room can be converted into another double bed (160 x 200) where 2 persons can sleep. For entertainment, you will find a modern TV flat screen and a DVD / blu-ray player. The well-equipped cottage house kitchen with modern induction stove has a dining place for 2 persons. The bathroom has electric floor heating which ensures a pleasant warmth. A washing machine and our WLAN connection are available free of charge. Guest access Dear guests, apart from a storage room, you can use all rooms of the apartment as well as the garden furniture and barbecue set without restrictions. Firewood for the stove is provided free of charge. Children's toys are available in the house and also for the garden. There is parking space for 3-4 cars (depending on the size of the cars). Bicycles etc. can be "parked" in a shed. Other things to note Two bedrooms are upstairs (climbing stairs is required).
