Katla house-Secluded, with sauna, south Iceland

This is a pet friendly guesthouse. A beautiful old house conveniently located in the south part of Iceland to see all the major sights. The house is fully licensed ,certified by the municipal health authority ,Fire Department and the Chief of Police. With stocked kitchen and lots of room for a large family or a group of friends. WiFi throughout the property. The space The old farmhouse in Hrífunes, about 180m2 or 1937ft2 and this is a two level house. Accommodates 10 adults. Upper floor, living/dining area,kitchen and two bedrooms. Lower floor three bedrooms and 1,5 bathrooms. Spacious kitchen,large living room,TV and DVD movies. Bathroom with a shower,another bathroom without shower , and a laundry room with washer and a freezer. A large terrace with a BBQ ,chairs and table. A baby crib and a highchair can be provided for free. The house is perfectly located between two towns of Vík (39 km) and Kirkjubaejarklaustur (37 km) In Vík there is a petrol station,a grocery store,a wine store,,restaurants,post office/tourist information center,car service,outdoor swimming pool,medical care and the black beaches. In Kirkjubaejarklaustur (35km) there´s a petrol station,a grocery store,a wine store,outdoor swimming pool,restaurants,Icelandic handcraft,tourist information center,a horse rental,car service and health care.The house is very well situated to visit all the main jewels in the south peninsula.... 11% VAT is included in the price. Guest access Self catering only.....and self check in and check out. Kitchen is fully equipped ,with dishes and glassware. The kitchen includes a fridge ,dishwasher ,oven , coffee machine ,toaster ,mixer ,microwave and a 5 burner gas stove. In the laundry room is a washing machine a dryer and a clothing rack. There is a larger restroom with a wc ,shower and a hairdryer...and a smaller restroom with only a wc. NOTE : There is only one shower in the house. Guests can enjoy a wooden sauna, just a few steps outside the house. Other things to note NOTICE ;About 270 km from Keflavik airport ,approx 2 1/2 hours drive.
