Casa da Olga is a one bedroom cottage with a private traditional courtyard garden with grape vines,flower beds,succulent plants and cacti in pots - a great place for sunbathing on the loungers or eating out and cooking on the barbeque! Sea views can be seen from the garden gate and it's only a short walk to the beach / village center (450 meters), and it's closest well stocked convenience shop is just 200 meters away. Casa da Olga is certificated member of 'Registo de Alojamento Local', And is proud to display the 'Sintra Inn' plack having been assessed for legal conformity, safety & quality by Sintra Camara Municipal. Sales tax is included in the price, And a Tax receipt given. It was completely rebuilt from ruins in 2004 with holiday makers in mind, So all of it's fixtures and fittings were chosen with style, practicality and simplicity in mind making the cottage extremely easy and comfortable to stay in, Including the winter season as it has heating. The cottage has one double bedroom (double bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, large wardrobe, chair), a well equipped kitchen, lounge area with HD Digital television, DVD player and great sounding CD / Radio / Ipod docking stereo unit, and Wi-Fi internet connection is available throughout the cottage and courtyard garden. A good selection of current popular best selling paperback books is also provided, along with maps and local information. The bathroom has a sink with storage underneath, toilet and shower cubical with abundant water pressure and temperature. All the bed linen and towels are provided, including kitchen towels. But please do bring your own towels to take to the beach. In the courtyard there is a large BBQ with all the utensils, 2 sun loungers with padded covers, table and chairs for 2 with umbrella.
