Description
The Old Barn at Trymwood is a charming cottage alongside the River Trym in the village of Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol. Ideal for families as well as adults, the Old Barn offers comfortable, fully fitted self-catered living arrangements, with access to the large Trymwood gardens, a special haven for wildlife. A pleasant walk to Westbury-on-Trym village with frequent buses to the centre of Bristol, the Old Barn offers everything a visitor might want from a break away. The space The cottage has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and a large lounge/ dining room with fully fitted kitchen downstairs. There is a wood burning stove for use in the winter months and a piano to play if you are musical, games and toys for children too. Access to the shared garden is through the lounge and there is an outside dining area and plenty of spaces in the garden to explore. There is ample parking on the site. The cottage is occasionally used by Trymwood Studios as an additional art gallery so there are lovely paintings and art work on the walls for guests to enjoy. Wifi is available in the cottage. Guest access The Old Barn is a self contained cottage which is attached to the main house. It has separate access at the front through its own porch, and at the rear into the garden which is a shared space. Other things to note When you arrive please call at the house and we will give you the key and show you around. We do have an external key safe in case you arrive very late. Parking is outside Trymwood Studios to the left of the silver gates.
