Layout Villa Lucrezia is one of the 6 private residences, covering 105 m2, featuring 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests. The property features wide open spaces, with a living room, dining area and open kitchen, also offering Netflix and central A/C. Interior The main entrance opens up to an open plan area featuring the living room with corner sofa, open fireplace, 50 HDTV and fully equipped kitchen with built-in branded appliances and indoor dining area. Two bedrooms with a king size bed (1,60 X 2,00), 43 HDTV and en-suite bathroom with double sinks and shower cabin with hydromassage column are also available. The master bedroom also features a bathtub in the room. The living room and both bedrooms provide direct access to the pool terrace, thanks to their floor-to-ceiling glass doors and enjoy beautiful sea views. Exterior The pool terrace features a private, heated, 50 m2 infinity swimming pool with hydromassage (1,30 m deep) and unobstructed sea vistas, while being equipped with 2 double daybeds, 2 bean bag chairs and a hanging chair, as well as an outdoor shower for your comfort. Furthermore, the outdoor dining area under the shade of a pergola is ideal for al fresco dining. Finally, the Villa is fully fenced, offering total privacy and has its own entrance and private parking space inside the Villa premises with a gate. The pool heating system can be used with an additional daily charge for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice.
