Vacation home in beautiful scenery at 365 meters altitude of the North Eifel region Mutscheid of Bad Münstereifel. The house for exclusive use is situated in a quiet location directly by the forest next to our hobby farm (no petting zoo). Another apartment is located separately next door. Starting point for activities in/around Bad Münstereifel or your time out, gladly accompanied by your animal friends except cats. (Please register pets) The house is barrier-free on the first floor. Baby crib € 10.00 The space On 71 m² of living space, an open-plan living room with a cozy sitting area, 40" satellite TV and stereo system awaits you. In the adjacent kitchen you will find a dining area for 6-7 people, equipped with dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, stove with 4 x ceramic hob and oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware and kitchen utensils. The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed of 2.00 x 1.90 meters, a wardrobe and bedside tables. A children's travel bed and highchair are available if needed for €10.00 for the entire stay. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, toilet, sink, washing machine, hair dryer, towels and shower gel. A staircase leads to the converted attic, which has a standing height of approx. 1.70 m. The gallery is divided into two areas with 2 single beds each. One side is equipped with additional satellite TV. There are bedside lamps and power outlets at each bed. An enclosed 80 sqm sun terrace, which is located in front of the house for exclusive use, invites you to barbecue and relax. Children's books/toys and board games are available. Phantasialand is a 38-minute drive away. The Nürburgring and Altenahr with its extensive wine-growing region (red wine hiking trail) can be reached in 30 minutes by car. In Euskirchen, 23 km away, there is the Thermen & Badewelt with 3000 m² of relaxation in a palm paradise.
