The space Located about 700 meters from the sea, immersed in a large citrus grove, the Casa della Bufaleria is an enchanting place to spend a regenerating vacation and is an excellent base for exploring the beauty of Ionian Calabria and Greek Sila. The house, an ancient stone building, is organized on two floors, with double access to both levels. The first floor is organized in a large open space where the kitchen and living room are developed. The second level is accessed by means of an internal spiral staircase or by comfortable stone stairs that run along the external facade of the house. This is where the sleeping area is organized with two independent bedrooms and toilets. The house overlooks the citrus grove at three hundred and sixty degrees and from the terrace you can enjoy the sweetness of the sunset behind the Sila mountains every evening and the brightening of dawn with the rising of the sun from the Ionian Sea. The house is fenced and the garden is equipped with a gazebo, an outdoor shower, a barbecue corner, tables and chairs to be able to dine and have lunch outdoors. It is the ideal place for families with children, groups of friends and animal lovers; your pets are more than welcome! From the house, you can reach the sea through a private road immersed in the countryside along the path on foot, by bicycle or by car. The private garden of the house measures 900 square meters and has an area used for parking cars. Less than a kilometer away is the nearest town, Mirto Crosia, where you can find all the services, from grocery stores, to restaurants, to supermarkets to pharmacies.
