Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines. Master Bedroom Has Queen size Bed, 2nd Master has 2 Twins Beds or if you wish we can accomodate a King size Bed in the same room your choice, we can accommodate either configuration. Also available is sofa pull-out double bed in living room. Guest access Guests will have complete access to the main house, including the inviting outdoor deck, while the basement apartment remains private for its tenants. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with the option to request parking permits in advance and also parkignis available at the rear of the house. Washer/Dryer: Please request usage when booking. Other things to note Minimum 2 night stay. AC/HEATING: the thermostat for heat is in the Dining room, the AC are window units with remote control. Parking: Parking is Street Parking first come first serve. Please read all street signs before parking. Street cleaning Wednesday/Thursday please do not park on the side designated for cleaning from 6:00 am thru 11:30 am.
