Relax and enjoy Nashville in this family friendly place to stay. Fully fenced in yard for your pets to enjoy also! The space Our guesthouse is 2 levels. Upstairs is the large bedroom and downstairs is the living space with fold out couch to accommodate an extra 2 people. The entire building is yours to enjoy. You’re also welcome to enjoy our half acre yard! 1/4 of an acre is fully fenced in Guest access You will have access to the entirety of the guesthouse which includes kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The entertainment space is a projector for fantastic movie enjoyment. Pull down the screen for a movie night and then put it back up for extra space in the room. The space also has a washer & dryer and feel free to set the HVAC to whatever you like. The drive goes right back to the guesthouse and you can park right in front of the doors.
