Emerick Cottage was built in 1913 and is set back from the road with large grassy areas for sun and several 100-year-old maple trees for shade and Catskill mountains view beyond. It's a wonderful property for up to 12 people who want a great country escape with the comforts of home. The outdoor fire pit and 2.5 acre property are ideal for relaxing with family and friends, surrounded by old-growth trees. The space The first floor boasts an enclosed wrap-around porch, a newly appointed country kitchen with farm sink, granite counters and all new appliances, including a gas stove. The first floor also offers a spacious wood paneled living room, ideal for lounging or playing games, and a dining area off the kitchen for easy entertaining. There's also a king-size bedroom located on the first floor with its own en suite bathroom. The second floor features a media room with a 55" TV and large sectional. There is a king-size and queen-size bedroom as well as a room with 2 twins and 2 full bathrooms with vintage tile. The third floor has an open loft with 2 twin beds and a separate queen-size bedroom. A a part of the Bluestone Basecamp compound, the entire property buildings when rented together can accommodate 28 people comfortably. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and yard apart from a few closets/storage spaces and the basement locked for the owner.
