Newly renovated, cozy and central basement apartment

Cozy apartment located only a 10-15 minute walk into the city center and train station. Only a few minutes to the university and restaurants just around the corner. The apartment has a low ceiling, not recommended for those taller than 1.85. The apartment is prepared so that you as a tenant will have as simple a stay as possible. Coffee, tea, basic spices and oils are in the kitchen. The space Cozy basement apartment in a house from 1890 with access to the garden. Private small patio in the front of the house. In the apartment there is 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (1.40 wide). In the living room, there is a sofa that is also a sofa bed, this too will be 1.40 wide when extended. The ad says a maximum of 4 people, but more people are welcome to come if you can fit in two double beds. Unfortunately, there is no room for extra beds except for a crib or possibly a mattress on the floor. There is a small kitchen, enough for 2-3 people to sit. Desk in the bedroom. Private bathroom, shower and laundry room. Guest access Parking space is offered. Small seating area in the front of the house. The garden is shared with us who rent out the apartment. Other things to note Since we live above the apartment, as a guest you can hear footsteps from upstairs. Otherwise, no sounds are heard between the accommodations and you can safely play music and talk loudly. Since we have tenants in the basement, we usually think especially about not walking with heavy steps upstairs in some rooms. =)
