The lower level has a spacious living room (with an Apple tv, dvd player and large dvd collection), a large bedroom with a queen bed and full-sized futon, and a renovated bathroom. There is also a sliding door that opens onto the back deck/yard.  Beginning in October 2025, there will be a second guest house on the property available for rent. This unique round house, the "Tire House", has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The Tire House is about 100 yards from the main house, and is set into the woods, providing a private and cozy feel. Both houses have their own fire pit, hot tub and deck/outdoor space. If you have a large group, the houses can be rented out together. Modales Winery and Fenn Valley WInery, Virtue Cider, Crane's Pie Pantry/u-pick orchard, and Salt of the Earth farm-to-table restaurant are all within a 10-min drive.
