The longer you stay, the cheaper it gets! This independent house will be yours for the entirety of your stay. Explore Normandy from our comfy and cosy gîte of about 1300 sq feet ideal for a maximum of 5 people. At the heart of the Pays d'Auge, this house is located within the listed grounds of the 18th century castle with a private enclosed park of 1.25 acres. This will allow you, if you wish, to discover the various species of shrubs and trees of the arboretum spreading over 10ha. The space Renovated with love using quality materials, this gîte epitomizes quality and elegance. You will be able to spend convivial and memorable times there and discover the surrounding area : Cheeses, wines and spirits, horsey activities, historical Castles and monuments... Ground Floor: fully equipped kitchen - dishwasher; oven; separate micro-wave; induction rings. spacious living room (3 armchairs and 1 settee, TV and wi-fi), dinning room... large room (172sq ft) with floor to ceiling baie window (Bed 5'3'') with en-suite shower room (86 sq ft). First floor: 1 big bathroom with shower and bath (130sq ft); 1 family room with 2 beds (1x4'6'' + 1X3'); an independent office with door (120') with wi-fi, 2 high computer tables...etc. Possibility to hire a printer/scanner/photocopier and consumables. Cottage garden with 2 terrasses, BBQ and garden furniture and reclining chairs. A guided tour of the park can be arranged -free of charge- with the owners. We have 2 golden retrievers, Poppie (b2019) and Tilly (b2023) and hens: unfortunately, we cannot accept other animals. Please note that the beds are made and bath towels provided in time for your arrival. Other things to note With a view to encourage responsible electricity consumption and to avoid overconsumption, we reserve the right to charge you extra for your electricity usage during the length of your stay.
