First floor apartment, spacious, bright just for you

The small but beautiful bright apartment is located on a quiet street. Opposite is the school. 200 meters away is the Hochwald bike path which is extended to Trier. You can walk to the REWE, which is open daily until 9 pm. The forest is practically on the doorstep and can be reached within minutes. The space The apartment has a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen that is fully equipped and a bedroom with a double bed 140 x 200. The bedroom and the bathroom are in the hallway, i.e. you have to leave the living rooms, which are closed by a corridor door, to then get into the bedroom and bathroom. Everything is on one floor, but somewhat "separated" by the door. Guest access The guest can drive behind our house by car and park there. The lower floor has 5 steps. The floor is only occupied by you. There is a second apartment, on the upper floor, but completely closed.
