Situated in a quiet village location but near to all amenities. The property is only 7 minutes drive from Durham city center and the world famous Durham Cathedral. The bus also stops outside the property, convenient if you don't want to drive. There are shops supplying your every need just a minute from your front door. These include a supermarket, the village butcher offering locally reared meat, hairdressers for both men and women, a good wine store and much more. "El Rincon" is a property on three floors. On the ground floor, a utility room and entrance hall with mosaic tiled floors. A carpeted staircase leads to the first floor lounge with two large sofas and satellite TV. The lounge is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar for seamless living. Two rooms off the lounge are the Master Bedroom with King size bed and a small office for those who need to bring their laptop, On the second floor the twin bedroom is spacious and very comfortable situated adjacent the large family bathroom. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, toilet and washbasin. The bathroom is fully tiled and completely new for 2017 season. "El Rincon" (Spanish for the nook) has a Spanish theme although we may not be able to offer Spanish sunshine on every occasion !! All linen and towels are included in the published rates. PLEASE NOTE: For bookings of less than 1 week there will be a final cleaning charge of £35 payable in cash on arrival. Dogs are welcome (up to two pets) at a charge of £20 per pet per stay, payable on arrival.
