Neighbor of the Varaville stud farm, it is surrounded by the swamps of the Dives, a region rich in flora and fauna. The beach is five minutes by car. Deauville and Caen are twenty minutes away. Many leisure activities and activities are offered in the immediate vicinity: hiking and discovery outings, golf, fishing lakes, equestrian center, beach clubs, water sports or tennis ... Many museums are waiting for your visit and the D-Day beaches are a short drive away. The house includes a basement with a garage, a storeroom and a summer kitchen. On the ground floor you will find a large living-dining room and a Moroccan style living room. The kitchen is independent and equipped open on a bright veranda.
