House in Curte La Zavate

The house is located 2.5 km from Bran Castle in Simon village. It is not near the street (50 meters up a hill - road accessible by car). It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one bedroom with its own bathroom, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom and a bathroom is on the ground floor), a large living room and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher). We also have a gazebo and barbecue. The space For children we have a large garden, a swing, a trampoline and many other toys in the attic that were left to the grandchildren when they were small, but which are just waiting to be reused. Other things to note No smoking in the house. We do not accept pets.
