Hill and sea

The completely renovated house opens its doors to guests. Couples and families are welcome. The entrance is independent and leads to the first floor where there is a laundry room. On the second floor you will find the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with hydromassage shower. On the third floor you will discover the living area with a large kitchen, living room, bathroom and a terrace with a wonderful view that allows you to admire from the port of San Benedetto del Tronto up to Giulianova and beyond, the valley of Tronto with hills where you can see the villages of Monteprandone, Acquaviva Picena and Ripatransone and to the south until you discover Mount Maiella. The house also has a convenient parking in front of the entrance. It will be my responsibility to deliver and collect the keys.
