The house stands on an 8,000 sqm plot and combines the charm of an old Eifel farm with alpine hut comfort. There is nothing missing: comfortable lounge area, gallery area with football, darts and big screen TV, huge garden with many play options, nine bedrooms for up to 26 people, numerous bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a rustic bar, cosy dining room, bicycles and various play options - all for you alone. The space In the cottage there are five double or twin rooms with private bathroom and four cottage rooms with several sleeping possibilities. The cottage rooms share a large shared bathroom (with two separate toilets and two separate showers). Guest access Despite the fact that we do not have immediate neighbors, the cabin is in a residential area and we want the neighborhood to be respected! If you want to celebrate loudly, our house is not suitable. Bachelorette parties or drinking under the cover of "Team Building" are not allowed (this also applies to supposedly serious professional groups). The house rules apply to everyone: strictly adhere to quiet hours and do not play loud music outside (also outside of quiet hours). There is a bakery, grocery stores and a drugstore 200m away. So everything can be "done". Other things to note If you are more than 16 people, please contact us immediately after booking. From the 17th person there is an additional cost of 20 EUROS per person per night. Since 01.01.2024, a guest fee of €0.75 per night will be charged by the Gerolsteiner Land. This amount already included in the rental price (for reservations made after 01.01.2024).
