Cozy cottage in the countryside. 2 floors. 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, one of which has a bed armchair and day bed for 2. The nearest neighbor is about 50 meters away and you share the pool (open June, July and August) with them. Swings on the property. Large lawn to run around on. Gravel road and horse pastures. During some weeks you can visit Vikingabyn which is about 1 km away. There is also a swimming area and bus stop about 1 km away. If you are hungry, there is Svanberga pizzeria. Electric car charging (hourly spot price) Guest access You can use almost the entire house. In the attic spaces, however, it is full of Christmas things and other things, so you can't get in there. The right attic space is not so good to go into, as we are unsure how the floor is holding. The garden is completely free to use. The garage is private and should not be used.
