The spacious 100 sqm apartment has a kitchenette with dining area, a couch corner with TV, a bathroom with shower/toilet as well as a separate toilet and three bedrooms (2 double bedrooms / 1 single bedroom / 1 baby crib). A second refrigerator is available for you on the roof terrace. The space The apartment (100 sqm) is located in the district of Frauenberghausen (about 3 km from Riedenburg). The comfortably furnished roof terrace (35 sqm) invites you not only to relax in fine weather. The lovingly landscaped garden is equipped with sun loungers and a seating area. Perfect for nice barbecue evenings by the fire pit. Right next door at the playground, the children can pass the time. We have free rental bikes ready for you in our shed. The Schambachtal bike path and various hiking trails lead directly past our house. No pets! A homemade cake and jam await you upon arrival. Our tip! Our landlord Georg likes to make a birdhouse with the whole family on his wooden storage space. This can then of course be taken home as a souvenir. Coming from Munich, take the A9 towards Nuremberg to exit 59-Denkendorf. There, turn right twice and continue on Riedenburger Straße. Stay on this road until the intersection, where you go straight to Buch and then turn right. Then follow the signs to Frauenberghausen, where our accommodation is located.
