Spacious, quiet and newly renovated 3-room apartment with approx. 84m2 in Soltau OT. Max 4 adults plus 1 travel cot, near HeidePark Resort in the Lüneburg Heath. NO pets allowed. If they need more than 4 beds for adults, feel free to ask here. Thanks The space Mittendrin! Hiking in the Lüneburg Heath, Wilseder Berg, shopping in the outlet center, bike tour, Snow Dome, Irrgarten, Soltau Therme, Südsee Camp, Vogelpark Walsrode, Tierpark or Serengeti Park Hodenhagen, traffic house everything nearby. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed(180 and 160cm). A travel cot is also available (115x65cm). Bed linen is available for 4 adults + 1 child. The flat has its own entrance and its own terrace with barbecue. The bathroom is equipped with a shower that has a floor-to-ceiling entrance. There is no bathtub! Towels, bath towels, shower gel, soap, toilet paper and hair dryer is provided. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave, kettle and fridge. In the living room, sat TV and a PS4 is connected to a 40” flat screen TV. In about a 10-minute walk (1.23 km) you have reached the Heidepark Soltau. This saves the 6€ parking fees;-) You're coming with the wheelchair? No problem, it is only a 3 cm high base to overcome in front of the entrance to the apartment. Extra wishes? Just write me and we'll see what works The house is 100% supplied with renewable energy. Electricity and heat from the roof, the rest is done by the wood pellet heater. The apartment is to be left clean and swept clean after use. Guest access The apartment is completely for the visitor. The area for you is therefore private. Only the laundry room in the basement is a common area.
