The space The beach house has just been updated and is super clean with new furniture and all the accouterments needed to make it truly a home away from home. This cozy 2 bedroom/2 bath has a comfy queen bed in each bedroom and the master also has a pull out double size futon that is great for kids. We also have a portable crib for little ones. The house can sleep up to 5. The master bedroom has french doors looking out onto the back deck and fire pit. Open up the French doors at night and let the gentle sound of the ocean send you off to a great nights sleep. The master bathroom also has a 2 person soaking tub as well. The living room is complete with a brand new HD Smart television. The kitchen has granite countertops and a gas cooktop with all new cookware, including toaster, coffee maker and blender. The beach house has a newly landscaped backyard complete with a gas fire pit for relaxing in the evening while listening to crashing waves. The house also has an outside hot shower to warm up and rinse off after a day at the beach. There is a brand new bbq, if you feel like cooking too. Guest access You'll enjoy full access to the property and parking. We provide 2 beach cruiser bikes with lock and 2 beach chairs, a boogie board, sand toys. Other things to note We would like to point out that this is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. This is a tight neighborhood, therefore we want to be respectful of all of our neighbors. Santa Cruz has a noise ordinance that states quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am so we expect our guests to respect these hours. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy for the entire property, inside and outside. Any evidence of smoking done on the property will result in retaining the full security deposit.
